To successfully implement this Webquest in a classroom, a teacher will need:

- An email address to answer any questions pertaining to the project that students' might have after class hours
- A worksheet with the necessary math equations and examples showing how to use them available for each student
- A computer lab or computers enough for each student to have their own, with a printer for them to print the final copy of their work
- Paper available for students to use, as well as rulers, scissors, pencils, etc. for all the physical work the students will need to accomplish.
- Internet access to the Webquest (http://ete371interdisciplinarywebquest.weebly.com/) and the Library of Congress website (www.loc.gov)
- A way for students to save their work (flash drives, emails, Google docs, and/or accounts on the computers)
